Do you accept orders by mail?
Yes, we accept checks and money orders. Please make payment payable to PrayLatin.com LLC and mail to P.O. Box 459, Locust Grove, VA 22508. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your shipping address to find out how much to include for shipping costs.
How soon can I expect my order?
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Delivery time frame after order processing depends on the shipping method selected during checkout. We provide a USPS tracking number with every order.
How will my order be packaged?
Small orders ship in a bubble mailer. Larger orders ship in crush resistant boxes and include packing material to help secure your products during transit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We accept international orders and may ship via USPS International, UPS, or DHL. Customs and other import duties are paid by the customer, when it reaches them. Customers are expected to know their own countries' customs and other import charges. Please contact your local postal system for information. We reserve the right to not issue refunds or credits of any kind for international shipments that are abandoned or discarded by customs. By ordering you agree to these terms.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may received a refund within 30 days of the shipment date. We will refund the full purchase price of the product, excluding shipping costs. A receipt or proof of purchase is required in order to process a refund, and we may require the return of product for larger orders.
